Bug Description
What I expect to happen:
After I report a bug with ubuntu-bug, it collects and uploads data about the package, I expect it to open my web browser (firefox) to a launchpad page where I can fill out more info about the bug and submit it.
What happens instead:
I get an error "env: "firefox" no file or folder of that type"
