Binary package hint: nautilus
I think nautilus should have some sort of integration with baobab (Disk Usage Analyzer) from the Filesystem Properties dialog (go to computer:///, right click on "Filesystem", choose properties). It could be optional so that it only shows up if Disk Usage Analyzer is installed.
Using Ubuntu 7.10, all default gutsy packages
