virt-manager doesn't show captured mouse when the vm is shut down

Bug Description

When the mouse is captured I expect to be able to see my cursor again when the VM is turned off.
Instead the cursor remains hidden when it is over the window. I have to open one of the menus in the menu bar to see the mouse again.
