Bug Description

Steps to reproduce the issue: "I upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04 and found that the 'fonts-lklug-sinhala' package is causing font display issues when browsing web pages with Sinhala unicodes using Chrome, Firefox, and Brave. This issue did not occur on previous versions of Ubuntu."

Expected behavior: "I expect to view web pages with Sinhala unicodes correctly with no font display issues."

Actual behavior: "When accessing web pages with Sinhala unicodes, the fonts are not displayed correctly, showing weird combination of characters instead. This issue occurs with all the browsers I've tried (Chrome, Firefox, and Brave)."

System information: "I'm using Ubuntu 22.04 and the issue started after upgrading. I removed the 'fonts-lklug-sinhala' package and the issue was resolved."

Any other relevant information: "By default, Ubuntu uses this package to display Sinhala unicodes, and I did not encounter this issue before upgrading to Ubuntu 22.04. It is appearing on all web pages with Sinhala unicodes"
