Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Start Grsync.
2. Begin a grsync backup. Rsync progress window appears.
3. Enable rsync output in progress window.
4. Change size of rsync progress window. The text scroll box in the progress window for rsync output stays the same size and does not change to match the size of the progress window.
