Bug Description
This is an update-excuse bug aimed at people in +1 rotation.
breezy 3.3.1-1ubuntu1 (currently in lunar-proposed) has been built with dulwich 0.21.2-1 (also lunar-proposed). This results in autopkgtest failures on all the architectures.
Compatibility with dulwich 0.21 landed upstream (breezy 3.3.2) and in Debian (breezy 3.3.2-1). I'm waiting for LP to import it, then I'll sync the package. There may be some delay in doing this a LP is experiencing issues in importing packages from Debian [1].

Imports from Debian are working again and we have 3.3.2-1 in Ubuntu now.
