cdimage.ubuntu.com HTTP is not in sync with RSync

Bug Description

Hi,
we are synchronizing Ubuntu CD releases from 3rd party mirrors which synchronize content from official Ubuntu mirror cdimage.ubuntu.com.

We could not found ISOs for architectures ARM64/PPC64LE/S390x and when we compared the content from

rsync://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/22.04.1/

with

https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/22.04.1/

we found that is clearly different.

HTTPS site shows under https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/22.04.1/release all the ISOs we need while the RSync only shows ISOs for AMD64 architecture.

The rsync service presents a different hierarchy than the https service, because rsync serves the contents of both cdimage.ubuntu.com and releases.ubuntu.com. As a result, rsync://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases corresponds to https://releases.ubuntu.com and you need rsync://cdimage.ubuntu.com/cdimage/releases/22.04.1 for your purposes.
