Kicker's sub-menus cannot be navigated by keyboard in Wayland

I would like to request a backport of the following bug fix from KDE upstream into Ubuntu 22.10 Kinetic:

This affects a reasonably widely used part of KDE, the K menu, and makes it more difficult to use via keyboard shortcuts, which can negatively impact both power users, and anybody in need of accessibility accommodations in the system due to visual or coordination impairments of whatever variety.
