Hello I have faced the same issue and managed to solve it using this article

it simply says to force installation of file that is giving error which in your case is libsiscone-dev_3.0.5-1_amd64.deb
you will find it in file systems under this path

var/cache/apt/archives/libsiscone-dev_3.0.5-1_amd64.deb

so you will run

1 - sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/libsiscone-dev_3.0.5-1_amd64.deb
2 - sudo apt-get --fix-broken install

and repeat with any file that gives you the same problem
