Download a translation .po file does not work

For 2 weeks now, I have tried to download a .po file from https://translations.launchpad.net/codeblocks-gd , at least a french or a spanish one. Each time, the request is accepted, but after a while, I receive a mail telling me :
"Launchpad encountered problems exporting the files you requested.
The Launchpad Translations team has been notified of this problem."
But obviously the problem is still there.
I have found some bugs reports describing the same problem, adding a comment in them, but as they are marked as solved, may be it's not the right way to report my problem.
I also tried to download an other .po file from an other old and obsolete repository (https://translations.launchpad.net/codeblocks), but it's the same problem.
