Bug Description

When either doing `modprobe ddcci` or inserting `ddcci` into /etc/modules as per the documentation, the "Key was rejected" error appears. This sounds similar to https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface/issues/906, albeit for a different module - the DKMS-built module lacks a required key.
