Bug Description
Viewing accounts with Balance mode is very useful! However, I would like to exclude certain accounts for the table and bar chart views. It appears that any filters are ignored.
Reproduce:
Statistics Report
Mode: Time
View by: Account
-> filter to include a single account
-> apply 'Balance mode'
At this point you should see all accounts (except those excluded from reporting).
