Wall post images are not exported when you are not the owner of the image

When someone included an image in your wall and you export all your data, the images are not exported and you get an error message along the lines of

(export/leap/lib.php:1331) Not providing an export-relative link for [ID of the image]

That is because the image does not sit in your own files area but still in the person's whose left the comment.

To replicate:

1. PersonA writes a wallpost for PersonB and embeds and image into the post.
2. PersonB exports all their account data and gets an export with errors.

This does not happen when you add a group file to your own portfolio (tested with all three permissions but not having uploaded the image).
