Bug Description

Hi,

When used on units with IPv6, the charm will configure the "server_address" option in nrpe.cfg with just the IPv6 present on the unit.

This is probably generally unwanted when there's a routable IPv4 on the unit, and in that case I guess the IPv4 should be used instead.

An option could also be provided to allow the operator to specify which IP to use.

Alternatively, one could use IPv4 addresses for "server_address" when all the "allowed_hosts" domains resolve to only IPv4 addresses.

This is not wishlist. This is critical. Alerts are broken as soon as we have an IPv6 units.
