Gnucash scrollbars obscure tick boxes

Bug Description
The problem arises when reconciling accounts. If the number of transactions is great enough to require a vertical scrollbar, then mousing over the tick boxes causes the scrollbar to become unhidden and to obscure the tick-box.
In a previous version of Ubuntu I had to uninstall liboverlayscrol
