Bug Description

- Mahara: 22.04.2
- OS: Debian 11.5
- PHP: 7.4.33
- DB: PostgreSQL 13.8
- ClamAV: 0.103.7

When an user imports a Leap2A file this error occurs:

"mahara_clam_scan_file: not called correctly, read phpdoc for this function"

In my config.php I have this entry:

$cfg->pathtoclam = '/usr/bin/clamscan';

A quick search points to this forum post, which seems to be the same issue: https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=9137&offset=0&limit=10#post36068

I can't replicate the issue on a site where Clamscan under that path is installed. Please make sure you are on the latest minor point release and give it another go.
