add breton.nsh to distribution package

Bug Description
the breton.nsh come in recently. I missed to insert in Makefile.am in order to include this into distribution.
Because of this win32 installer package fails to build because of missing file.
The attached patch includes breton.nsh into Makefile.am.
Pls include into 0.46 branch. The patch is already applied in the trunk.
