Artefacts in page instructions replicate when the page is copied

Artefacts, e.g. images, in page instructions replicate when the page is copied, these should create a new reference entry and remain pointing to the same artefact.

To replicate;

* Create a Page with View Instructions that include an embedded image.
* Copy the Page
* Check the reference to the image in the instructions on both copies

It depends. If someone copies their own portfolio, then yes, it should behave like any artefact. However, if someone else copies the portfolio, a proper copy needs to be made.
