By moving the windows from every application after a hour its getting slow and hangs for 10 / 15 seconds.

I tried a lot, but am not so experienced. I hope you can help me. Fur fuhrter information please write me and tell me how.
The screen is a LCD 55 inch.
Unfder windows I dont have any problems.
