Please sync socat 1.7.4.4-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/patches/09-test.sh-fix-awk-statement-quoting.sh: Fixed upstream
  * Fix socat ftbfs, port is in use (d/p/ftbfs.patch): Not relevant anymore, build is working fine
