Bug Description

About a week ago, after upgrading, the last kernel chosed from PopOS team is a blacklisted Kernel for my dongle. It is a suposed CSR8510 Bluetooth dongle. Is a fake, but functional one. While I did not realised that the Kernel was switched I thought that the dongle was briked. Tested on windows 10 and it is working super fine. Already had abandoned Linux Mint for the same reason. Now I'm really frustrated. Why blacklist this adaptor? It doesn't is a risck factor. If it was it would by my choice to use it (if it would be a risk it would be a risk for Windows, but it is not a risk, is just that the people that produce it won't pay for a licence, that is why they fake it). Please, I love using PopOS. Just fix that! ;-;

Kernel modification to make it Work in order to make it work not just for me but for everyone: https://unam.re/blog/fixing-chinese-bluetooth-dongle-linux --> (I do not have the skills to make that work, unfortunately).

Probably origem of the dongle and hardware view: https://gist.github.com/nevack/6b36b82d715dc025163d9e9124840a07

The first time I encouter this problem was when I used Linux Mint 20.3 XFCE with kernel 5.13.
This post on Mint forum is a well exemple of the situation that i did few months ago: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=373771

The plot twist is that the Bluetooth is not the CSR8510 (Sorry not to include on the Bug report).
Is a fake one. However is a fake one that works Ok.

This was discovered by these guys: https://gist.github.com/nevack/6b36b82d715dc025163d9e9124840a07

I've founded on other Mint forum post: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=350117

The solution proposed (apparently works) was to download Source Kernel and modify it. Compile and install on the system. The problem is that i'm not expert enough to do that. Quite the opposite.

The proposed solution: https://unam.re/blog/fixing-chinese-bluetooth-dongle-linux

Please, someone help me. And PopOS team, try to fix this for good. I'm begging! ;-;

Kernel: 5.17.15-76051715-generic or 5.17.15-76051715.202206141358 is the last Kernel that worked on my dongle. After that the dongle is recognized but is blocked. Apperently Kernel 5.17 was the one that desable these blocks. For some reason they got up again.
