Was updating my os version and also had to update firefox.

Hello, and sorry for the late reply here.

One possible workaround for such a problem would be to run upgrade your deb and/or snap package of snapd before attempting a system upgrade:

    sudo apt update
    sudo apt install --only-upgrade snapd
    sudo snap refresh snapd
