Bug Description
Hello,
I was attempting to restart the installation process from the desktop I was dropped to after a failed installation attempt, and I get an error message window reporting "ubi-partman crashed". Clicking retry has the window pop up again almost immediately, with the following logged to syslog:
---
Nov 18 21:51:23 kubuntu ubiquity[28179]: dbfilter_
Nov 18 21:51:23 kubuntu activate-dmraid: No Serial ATA RAID disks detected
Nov 18 21:51:23 kubuntu ubiquity: umount: /target: target is busy.
Nov 18 21:51:23 kubuntu ubiquity[28179]: debconffilter_done: ubi-partman (current: ubi-partman)
Nov 18 21:51:23 kubuntu ubiquity[28179]: dbfilter_
---
Clicking ignore moves me along to asking for my timezone, and after that it takes me to the installer slideshow, where it appears to simply be doing nothing (no progress bars, no system activity that I could find). Full logs from "ubuntu-bug ubiquity" should be attached.
