Bug Description
When a host has packages held for phased updates, and check_apt is checked through nrpe, the held packages are reported as available for upgrade. I'd rather have the choice to not report held packages, and only report once the hold is released.
The really strange thing about this is if I run check_apt directly on the remote host, it does not report the held packages, but if I access check_apt through nrpe, the held packages are reported as available for upgrade.
