Prevent snap dependency from being installed

Whenever the chromium snap is updated/refreshed, it keeps pulling the cups snap along with it. The cups one is entirely optional and not something I desire on my system. Removing/purging the cups snap only works until chromium is updated/refreshed again.

It's be nice to have a way to avoid pulling this undesirable dependency.
