Bug Description

For example, Firefox somehow tracks "latest/stable/ubuntu-22.10", but there is no such channel. Consequently, Firefox is not updated:

In fact there is a latest/stable/ubuntu-22.10 channel, it is currently open (expires 2022-11-17T13:04:56Z) and it contains version 106.0-1. It sounds like we simply forgot to close it. I've gone ahead and done that now, so your installation should be refreshed to the version in latest/stable now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hmm, it looks like that didn't help. That snap still won't update (this is on a different machine as I switched to the "latest/stable" channel on the first one):

Olivier, I couldn't update either. I tried several times before and after you wrote comment #1. I also had to manually switch the channel to 'latest/stable' in order to get Firefox 107.0-2.

Now it automatically upgraded from 106 to 107, even though it was still set to track "latest/stable/ubuntu-22.10". Closing.
