Bug Description

If we are moving to whole white & black toolbar icons and mouse icons, maybe we should move to be all of the drop down selections also white & black.

I know this is related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/pinta/+bug/1996209, but I am opening a new feature request, because maybe we decide to move to white & black mouse icons, but not for drop-down menu selections in next stable version.

I have created print-screens of tools selected from the left toolbar and matching drop-down selections in toolbar. It should be obvious, because they are in color instead of white & black.

ADDITIONAL:
All of this icons must also be tested dark theme, to see if they are good match for it.

Yeah, it would be good to try to fix some of these to look more consistent

I think these should all be fixed now with the latest commits in the master branch
There are still some other icons to update at some point, but they're mainly for effects etc that would only show up in the history view

I have tested latest master and I think white & black icons do look great.

The only little "complain" I have is icons at:
- Line | Fill Style | Fill Style and Fill and Outline Shape are not really distinguishing.

Maybe fill should be grey and outline black?

I've made some adjustments to make that icon look more different. I don't think we can use different shades because of how symbolic icons are auto-adjusted depending on the background colour
