Print Note action missing in Notes interface

The Notes interface does have Print Full Grid, but is missing the templated print option that was available before using workstation templates. I have a branch forthcoming that restores this, however, the column names (*macros* for old EG users) have changed with this grid, and I don't try to be 100% backwards compatible with old templates. I have listed the new column names in the comments for the new stock print_note template.

Note - will need to check whether or not the Angular Patron / Circ interfaces will need this functionality added as well.

Just tested on the MOBIUS test server; the functionality is there, but what prints at present is --

Print Template Not Found: eg/staff/share/print_templates/t_patron_note

I just double checked the installation of the patch. The file *is* there: /openils/var/templates/staff/share/t_patron_note.tt2

Maybe the path is wrong? The difference is:

eg/staff/share/print_templates/t_patron_note
vs
eg/staff/share/t_patron_note

?

should I move the file into print_templates?

I agree it should be in the print_templates folder.
