Bug Description
Evergreen version: 3.8.0
I use Firefox (currently v. 106.0.5) and I replicated the issue with Chrome v. 107.0.5304.107.
In older versions of the EG staff catalogue, browser tabs displayed the local database ID for a given record. For us, since upgrading to 3.8.0, the browser tabs now display the TCN. Staff at my institution have used the bibID as the reference identifier when developing spreadsheets for catalogue projects and the like, and have used the ID browser tabs as a means of easy reference when switching between them (also IDs in the tabs would align with the IDs in the URL of the records). BibIDs are also much more consistent than TCNs as from our experience they pull from a variety of different sources, whereas the IDs are system-generated numbers.
It would be great to have BibIDs restored to the browser tabs for the sake of consistency and ease of use. Even being provided the option to select whether the ID or the TCN appears in the browser tab would be ideal.

PINES prefers the TCNs on the tabs, which are the primary way catalogers identify bib records in our database. Returning to the bibID would not be helpful for us.
Having a setting to select which to display would be the best option.
