graphics/cycle_resolution failed with intel graphic on NVIDIA Hybrid Graphics

Wayland still not support on NVIDIA Hybrid Graphics

graphics/*_switch_card_* change to intel graphic only, not on-demand.
Therefore, graphics/cycle_resolution failed if output to WAYLAND.
