HPLIP-GUI does not have a correct icon in KDE/Wayland

Bug Description

The HPLIP-GUI apps (e.g., hp-setup) do not have a correct icon (in e.g., the taskbar, the window switcher) in KDE/Wayland, but instead have a generic Wayland icon.
This is because the app does not set the app_id correctly: it is set to "python3", but it should be set to "hplip" to correspond to the hplip.desktop file.
You can have a look at backintime, for an application written in pyQT that has recently fixed this bug:

This also affects the icon that's shown in the Gnome active software icons.
