Hi,

Could the charm support HTTP/3 ? haproxy supports it, so it should be possible

Except, that's in HAProxy 2.6 and it isn't packaged in Ubuntu.

Even with Jammy, there's no LUA package (libnginx-mod-http-lua - LP:1324062) which the charm currently needs. I'm still figuring out what to do here.
