Bug Description

When resuming from suspend (e.g. opening the laptop lid), I can see my desktop but I can't interact with it. I suppose the screensaver window is overlaying it, capturing all input. The unlock password prompt does not appear, so I switch to another tty, login and run `sudo killall xfce4-screensaver`. This lets me recover the desktop.

- Affects Xubuntu 22.10, but anything older is not affected.
- It happens about 60% of the time.
