Bug Description

I think this is related/already known: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/1868

Seeing the same logs posted by Kirill:

Nov 26 04:07:11 ulegion gnome-shell[3001]: The offending callback was SourceFunc().
Nov 26 04:07:11 ulegion gnome-shell[3001]: == Stack trace for context 0x561e0c0b71c0 ==
Nov 26 04:07:11 ulegion gnome-shell[3001]: Attempting to run a JS callback during garbage collection. This is most likely caused by destroying a Clutter actor or GTK widget with ::destroy si

I was low on disk space, making this problem worse. However I've seen this happen before with plenty of disk space just not to the degree I couldn't use gnome (100%+ CPU). I'm currently using ubuntu 22.04.01 LTS. But this is an upgrade from 18.04 LTS so perhaps a config/plugin carrier over I need to remove. Don't need this solved but reporting in case it helps narrow the issue.

Release: 22.04.01 LTS
Package ver: 42.4-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
Expectation: CPU usage < 10%, not log errors excessively to rsyslogd
Issue: excessive logging (like 10-100 lines/sec) when an app or plugin crashed?

Thanks!
