It is not possible to add IPsec/IKEv2 (strongswan) vpn connection

It is not possible to add IPsec/IKEv2 (strongswan) vpn connection, the system freezes and then show "Error unable to load vpn connection editor".
The package network-manager-strongswan and relative addon and libraries are installed.
