Bug Description
Please backport libccid 1.5.0 from jammy to focal.
Reason for the backport:

The new version of libccid provides the support for a larger number of smart card reader.
We are able to test libccid 1.5.0 with a Bit4id Digital-DNA Key (usb smart card reader).
This hardware is properly detected on Ubuntu 22.04, but it isn't usable since the producer provides support only for openssl 1.1.1 (version 3 is available in jammy). On Ubuntu 20.04 the key is not properly detected since the support has been added in libccid 1.4.34 (version 1.4.31 is available in focal).
I don't find an easy way to install the new drivers provided by libccid without overwriting the system files and downgrading openssl on jammy is quite hard.
