Bug Description

On Ubuntu 22.04 all was fine.

After upgrade to Ubuntu 22.10 Telegram was also updated. And sometimes, randomly, TG starts to use 100% CPU.

Nothing on logs. But in starce i see a lot of these messages:
[pid 33581] poll([{fd=7, events=POLLIN}, {fd=8, events=POLLIN}, {fd=9, events=POLLIN}, {fd=14, events=POLLIN}, {fd=19, events=POLLIN}, {fd=51, events=POLLIN}], 6, 8) = 0 (Timeout)

PSA. Thousand messages.

In normal state, when TG use 0-2% CPU, i see same messages. So, not related with bug.

Please, ask me additional information, i can provide any logs.

Today this bug occurs two times.

How to reproduce:
1) Go to any group with "circle video"
2) Start to play
3) Go to comments
4) Scroll
5) If not bug, press stop, start, scroll again and etc.

Error in console:
[libvpx-vp9 @ 0x7f2614092100] v1.12.0
[matroska, webm @ 0x7f2614086a80] File extends beyond end of segment.

After that CPU core used on 100% by telegram process.

Fixed after upgrading to new version. I added this repo:
https://launchpad.net/~atareao/+archive/ubuntu/telegram

4.1.1 buggy and unusable for me.

If this is fixed by a newer telegram, it is likely a telegram issue, not a libvpx issue.
