Some graphical programs (snaps for sure) do not appear on programs list

As shown in attached screenshot - 2nd tab of system monitor contains elements that are full-fledged programs. I have discord (as snap) and firefox (as snap) open, these programs in my opinion should be shown in that list but they are not.

According to upstream https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455070 this is a snapd issue. They are considering a special case fix.
