Bluetooth not turning on and not connecting to my device [8087:0aaa Intel Corp. Bluetooth 9460/9560]

Yesterday I connect my bluettoh phone in my new computer with Ubuntu 22.04, then today I wasnt able to reconect my phone, I tryes to disconect it in ubuntu interface, but this doesnt disconect, but no sound come from my earphone, then I tryed to turn bluetooth off, and it doesnt turn in again now.

This is probably a kernel or firmware bug. Please try using the officially supported Ubuntu kernel (5.15.0-52.58) and/or try a newer upstream kernel like https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.0.3/amd64/
