Annoying constant background clinking noise

Recently my laptop is producing a constant clinking noise. The noise is not load but it bothers after some time. However I noticed that noise stops while playing any youtube video. There is no noise even if the youtube sound is muted. However noise starts again after youtube video is stopped or the (Chrome) browser window is closed. My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad X200 tablet.
