Window enlarges after continuing from "updates and other software" page

During installation, proceed until the "updates and other software" page, click "Continue". Pay attention to the window while things go on in the background.

You will notice that a couple of seconds later (before the next page comes in) it will spontaneously enlarge in about 20% of its original size.

I fail to reproduce this behavior in a VM. Can you be more precise about the environment and the exact steps?

I cannot reproduce this in 20221020 ISO, so let's leave this closed.
