Bug Description

When trying to access a file mounted over sshfs (not sure if relevant), the file opens as empty and with the following errors:

$ kdevelop MY_FILE
kdevplatform.shell: Could not load plugin "KDevCMakeManager" , it reported the error: "Unable to find a CMake executable. Is one installed on the system?" Disabling the plugin now.
kdevplatform.shell: Could not load plugin "KDevCMakeManager" , it reported the error: "Unable to find a CMake executable. Is one installed on the system?" Disabling the plugin now.
Qt WebEngine seems to be initialized from a plugin. Please set Qt::AA_ShareOpenGLContexts using QCoreApplication::setAttribute before constructing QGuiApplication.
kdevplatform.workingset: Unable to find file "file:///Untitled"
Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes.
kf.sonnet.clients.hspell: HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed
register count: 0, destroy count: 0

Manually installing the cmake and hspell packages results in KDevelop working as expected:

$ kdevelop MY_FILE
