running apps doesn't appear and pinned apps doesn't open instance if it is already opened

Bug Description
After I updated my packages,
1. Plank isn't showing the opened apps at all.
2. If an app is pinned, you can only open an instance from it not show if it is already opened or not and open the instance if it is already opened.
3. If dock is hidden by default until I hover on it, it doesn't show quick the first time, it takes around 15 seconds to appear and it works normally afterwards.
I use elementary OS 6.1 Based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS & Kernel 5.15.0-50-generic

Literally all it took is to "$ sudo apt install --reinstall plank" and all of a sudden everything worked smooth!
