Info icons appear/disappear based on checked options in subnet page

Bug Description
On the subnet detail page, after clicking "Edit", the "managed allocation" entry only shows the info icon next to it if the option itself is disabled.
On the other end, when the option is enabled the icon is shown next to the "active discovery" entry, and viceversa
