Bug Description

After installing this package trying to run easyeffects returns:
[W][00225.221145] pw.conf | [ conf.c: 939 try_load_conf()] can't load config client-rt.conf: No such file or directory
[W][00225.221196] pw.conf | [ conf.c: 939 try_load_conf()] can't load config client.conf: No such file or directory
[E][00225.221207] pw.conf | [ conf.c: 963 pw_conf_load_conf_for_context()] can't load default config client.conf: No such file or directory

(easyeffects:4118): easyeffects-ERROR **: 12:50:17.137: pipe_manager.cpp:1434 could not create PipeWire context

This is caused by pipewire not being installed on the system.

Also if pipewire isn't running when you run easyeffects it doesn't fail very gracefully:
(easyeffects:5159): easyeffects-ERROR **: 12:53:33.877: pipe_manager.cpp:1440 context connection failed
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)

I appreciate the second is probably more an upstream thing than packaging issue.
