Initializing a workspace should be easier

Bug Description

Having to set most of the JDT-preferences manually when creating a new eclipse workspace is a tedious and error-prone thing to do.

Automate it:

* Try to copy the necessary file(s) from a correctly initialized workspace's /.metadata to the org-project.
* Provide an ant-script that copies the file(s) to the right places in the /.metadata.

Hi Wolfi,

seems to work, all the warnings are as listed in the screen shots before.

Prost,
Rob.
