Bootstrap Opac: sr-only, aria-label, and title attributes should be localized

For the most part in the Boostrap opac, sr-only fields, aria-labels, and title attributes are localized, but there are a few files, such as holds.tt2 and messages/lists.tt2 in which these fields and attributes were missed.

One grammar nitpick, though--in the preferences, "Change the amount of lists/items/results" should be "Change the number of..." instead.
