Bug Description
This is a bug to track down the issue about monitoring dlrn service. For example, the train branch, stopped to report since September 29. We need a better monitoring of dlrn service.
From tripleo-ci perspective, we just assume there weren't new content on train for the last few days before someone ask why some patches did not show up in train.
