[SVf] : lsportip needs to fetch IPs with "host" flag

Bug Description
During driver initialization, lsportip command stores the node IP details.
Currently, lsportip is fetching all the IP addresses without any filter value.
Te requirement is to have the IPs for only those nodes where the "host" flag is set to "yes"
This will give return only the IPs where the host attach-detach operations can be performed.
Solution:
Add the "host" flag filtervalue in laportip code.
