Bug Description

Started PipeWire Multimedia Service.
mod.rt: Can't find xdg-portal: (null)
mod.rt: found session bus but no portal
mod.rt: RTKit error: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied
mod.rt: could not make thread 4909 realtime using RTKit: Permission denied

Experiencing choppy audio which might be related to this. These dbus errors don't exist in the distributions that ship with Pipewire by default. It would be great if someone could look at Wireplumber on Ubuntu kinetic which has similar permission issues. Thank you.
